Acclaimed protege of Toronto's most celebrated chefs; Pat Riley (Perigee), Lorenzo Loseto (Zoom, Rain, Luce,George), Guy Rubino (Zoom, Rain, Luce); Craig has found an ideal environment in Marben to present his culinary talents with his vision. Born and raised in the city, Craig began cooking at age 15. He received his formal training from the George Brown Chef School, joining the Brigade at Zoom upon completion. After a number of years honing his skills and developing his palate in the cityís finest kitchens, Craig undertook his first job as Chef in the British Virgin Islands, growing his style through diverse challenge and discovery. Upon his return, he embraced the aegis of Pat Riley at Perigee for 2 years. Coming into his own, Craig continued his path of culinary excellence. We are delighted to welcome Craig as Executive Chef at Marben.
